We will be progressively rolling out this initiative to all UTRADE online clients with an Equities account. New clients will receive their log in credentials via post by June 2022.

UOB Kay Hian will gradually cease providing physical statements. If you prefer to receive physical statements, it will be available on a subscription* basis.

Yes, we are currently running an exercise on switching to e-Statements. We are working to offer the convenience of e-Statements to our clients progressively and we will be reaching out to our clients only by physical mail, at their registered mailing address. Letters received should be printed on our company letterhead.
It is important to be aware of cyber threats given the recent phishing scams. To protect yourself against phishing scams, please verify that you are at our website - www.utrade.com.sg before performing any transactions. We also encourage you to access the login page directly from our website.
Please be assured that this exercise only offers you access to UTRADE platform to view your e-Statements. The trading access are blocked by default. Nonetheless, if you wish to trade online via UTRADE, we are happy to offer you this service through your Trading Representative. To check your Trading Representative’s contact details via UTRADE, please click on “Account Management” > “Account Details” > scroll down to “Trading Representative Details”.
Yes, you can continue to trade through your Trading Representative if you wish to do so.
You will be able to access e-Statements for the following account types:

Do support us in our go green initiative and try out our digital platform. If you prefer your statements to be delivered in physical copies, it will be available on a subscription basis.
From 1 January 2022 till 25 August 2022, subscription fee will be charged at a fixed rate of S$80 (GST inclusive) per account.
We will be informing our clients progressively. Your friend/family member who is also holding offline accounts with us may be informed on a different date.
